By electing to use your PayPal® account to make a purchase through Alphabet Mobile Apps you are agreeing to the Merchant-Initiated Payment billing agreement through PayPal. This billing agreement establishes a relationship between you and Alphabet Local through PayPal and allows you to authorize Alphabet Local Mobile Ads to withdraw funds for payment of purchases you make at our site directly from your PayPal account.
